How to Book a Chauffeur
Step 1. Select the service type you need, then enter your travel date and pick-up time. Add the full pick-up and drop-off addresses, including postcode (for example: 5 Kew Road, London, UK, TW9 2PR). Step 2. Choose the vehicle category that best suits your journey, based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage you’ll be travelling with. Step 3. Create an account to easily manage your bookings, enquiries, and payments, or continue as a guest and pay. If you need a return journey, simply select the return option and enter the additional details. Please check all information carefully, then select your preferred payment method and complete the secure payment to confirm your booking.
Once you submit your online booking, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your request has been received. Our team will then review the booking to ensure all travel details and pricing are correct. Once approved, you will receive a full booking confirmation, including the final price.
Select either the airport pick-up or drop-off service and enter your travel date and time. Enter the airport code (e.g. LHR for Heathrow or LGW for Gatwick), along with the number of passengers and luggage details, then choose your preferred vehicle. For arrivals, include your flight number, terminal if known, and any meet-and-greet request in the additional notes. For departures, provide the flight number and airline name so we can plan your journey accordingly. If you require a return transfer, just select the return option and enter the relevant details.
Select “by the hour” service type, then enter your travel date and time. Add your pick-up address, any stops you’d like to make along the way, and a return address if it’s different from the pick-up location. Next, choose the number of hours you need. Please note that a minimum hire of 4 hours applies, which includes 10 miles per hour, calculated on a base-to-base basis.

Select the round-trip service and enter your travel date and time, along with the full pick-up and destination addresses. Add passenger and luggage details, then choose your preferred vehicle category. You will then be able to add the return journey and provide the return date, time, and address details.
Yes. We include complimentary waiting time for flight delays of up to 30–45 minutes. Delays beyond this may incur waiting charges, as the chauffeur is unable to accept other bookings during this time, and sending an additional chauffeur for a later arrival would not be cost-effective for the company. If your flight is cancelled, full charges apply, and any compensation should be claimed from the airline or your travel insurer.
We aim to accommodate last-minute and same-day bookings whenever possible; however, subject to availability. However, we recommend prebooking to ensure your peace of mind.
When entering your journey details, select the child seat option by clicking the “+” button. You can then choose the appropriate child seat type based on your requirements. Please ensure this is added at the time of booking to guarantee availability. Please note that only one child seat is provided free of charge, including infant and booster seats. Any additional child seats are available at an extra cost.

Once we receive your booking, we will review the details and place a payment authorisation on your card. Your card will only be charged once the booking is accepted and fully confirmed.
